HORNBY PARKING RESTRICTION

Rival Petitions Before Council

The 60-minute parking limit in the Hornby shopping centre will remain pending consideration by the Hornby County Town Committee, the Paparua County Council hag decided.

A motion to revoke the restriction was referred to the committee at a meeting of the council.

The area involved is on the south-east side of the Main South road from Shands road to the south-west end of the shopping centre.

The council was asked to consider two petitions—one for the restriction, and one against More were against. One man's signature was on both petitions.
