Odlin Offers Accepted
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 1. The directors of C. and A Odlin Timber and Hardware Company Ltd- advise that the offer by the company to take over the shares of Hogg and Company. Ltd., of Dunedin, has been accepted by all the shareholders of Hogg and Company. Ltd An offer by C. and A Odlin to acquire the shares not previously held by them in United Sawmills, Ltd (West Coast sawmillers) and McLachlan and Wright, Ltd (timber merchants. Dunedin) has also been accepted This will result in a merger of the trading interests of all four companies.
