LORDSHIP TO START

Cup Heat On Thursday

(From Our Ou>n Reporter) DUNEDIN, January 29. Lordship will be a definite starter in the third qualifying heat of the Dunedin Festival Cup on Thursday night. This advice has been received by a member of the programme committee of the Forbury Park Trotting Club. Lordship was a scratching from his 13-furlong heat on Saturday night. A win in that heat would have affected his two-mile assessment, but a win in Thursday's 11-fur-long heat will not affect his distance assessments. The club has also been advised that Johnny Guitar’s leg injury is not as serious as was at first thought and it is intended to race him in the Consolation Race on the final night of the meeting on Saturday
