Glenrose Out For Three Months

(N.Z. Press Association) TAURANGA, January 29. After the running of the Committee Handicap at Tauranga today the stewards announced that the trainer, E. D. Wallis, had been advised that Glenrose was ineligible to start at a totalisator meeting for three months. They also told the trainer, M. R. Kerr, that Legis had been disqualified for three months after the running of the Flyfrig Handicap. In the Farewell Handicap, Cream Cracker’s driver. H. S. Oliver, was out of the sulky wljen the event started. The starter was not aware Oliver had called to him.
