Accused Was Sleepy
(NZ Press Association) DUNEDIN, January 22. Donald McLachlan, a workman. who failed to answer when his name was called on a theft charge in the Magistrate’s Court at Dunedin today. was found in the Courtroom in a “state of deep sleep.” On the application of counsel. Mr B. A. Newlove. the charge was stood down and McLachlan was removed from the Court. '
