TENNIS Rain Stops Play In Auckland
Pre** Auoetatidn) AUCKLAND. January 16. Heavy rain wiped out the first day’* play in the Auckland international Invitation tennis tournament at Stanley street courts today. The rain began just as the player* came on the court* for the first matches. Play was cancelled first until 3 p.m.. but was later abandoned for the day. Th* tournament will now begin at 11 am. tomorrow. r
