More Offers For Antill Ranger?
After the offer of Ansett Transport Industries, Ltd., had been notified to shareholders, directors of Antill Ranger (Holdings), Ltd., were informed that other listed companies were considering making a bid for Antill .shares. In view of these circumstances, they advise shareholders not to sell. Decision Reversed Directors of Ansett Transport Industries, Ltd., yesterday announced that they will not submit their takeover offer direct to shareholders of An till Ranger (Holdings), Ltd, This reverses their previous decision made on Tuesday this week to go direct to shareholders. Carapark Accepts.— Holders of 92.3 per cent, of the capital of Carapark Holdings, Ltd., have accepted the take-over offer from Motels, of Australia, Ltd.
