A.O.G. Again Rise In Sydney Trading
Australian Oil and Gas rose in Sydney yesterday to 63s 3d, the highest point this week. In Melbourne A.O.G, moved up 3s 6d to 62s fid. Other oils firmed in trading on both exchanges.
On Sydney the market eased slightly although trading increased. Key industrials were weaker, metals steady and textiles irregular, while uraniums and bonds were firm. On Melbourne investments held steady with most moves being narrow. B.H.P. lost Is to 68s. Base metals were irregular and loans firm.
