Child Drowned In Waikato River
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Jan. 10. A six-year-old girl was drowned in the Waikato river at Hamilton late this afternoon. She was: Lynne Marie Christiansen, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. N, Christiansen, of 21 Vine street. Hamilton.
Coastal Pilot.—Captain D. N. McLeish, who was coastal pilot in the Seven Seas, will join the Italian cruise liner Aurelia in a similar capacity when she calls at Lyttelton on January 18.
