Two Die In Crash
(N Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) MILAN, January 5. A one-coach luxury express carrying skiers from Italian winter resorts collided with a second train at Vidalengo. Northern Italy, early today, killing two person* and injuring 45. The head of police at nearby Treviglfo, who gave the figure*, said that of the injured, 15 had been released after treatment, including three Belgians, two Dutch and a Jugoslav woman. The dead were reported to be both Italians, including the driver of the express, “Arrow of the Dolomites” The crew of the second train, which later arrived in Milan 20 miles away, after leaving behind it* damaged rear coach, said their train was stopped because another train had earlier run over a man on the line. This had caused a delay of about half an hour of all traffic on the Venice-Milan line, on which th 4 accident occurred.
