'If'ANY New Zealanders, especially table tennis enthusiasts in Christchurch, have an interest in the per-
Iformances of the Crystal Palace football team in Division HI of the British 'competitions. The centre-half for this team is the tall G. Evans, who was married this year to the former Canterbury and New Zealand table tennis champion Mi— J. Williamson. The Crystal Palace team is near the top of the third division this season. After last Saturday’s matches it was in equel seventh jrtocs among 24 teams, with 11 wins, eight losses .and six draws from 25 matches. Last season Crystal Pjlsce took second position in Division IV, and won promotion.
