President Kennedy joined with other members of the Kennedy family for Christmas celebrations at Palm Beach The “New York Times” reported that the President was going to have a “last look.” starting today, at the 1962-63 Budget his Administration will propose to Congress He would also begin work on his State of the Union message. Several members of his staff will arrive tomorrow and work with him for two or three days.
