FALL DOWN CLIFF

Young Man Injured (N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. A warehouseman, Mr John O’Connor, aged 21, of Khandallah, fell more than 50 feet down a cliff face in the Ngaio Gorge on his way home this evening—and would have fallen further if he had not been stopped by a tree. Mr O’Connor is now in the Wellington Hospital where his condition is described as satisfactory The accident occurred soon after 7 o’clock. The extent of his injuries is not known
