Travel Bar At Christmas
(N.Z.P X.-R«ut«r—Copvrtght) BERLIN December 16 East Germany yesterday drowned hopes of Berliners being allowed to cross the Communist wall for Christmas family reunions, the Associated Press reported. West Berlin City Hall announced itiat its plane to have present travel restriction for Berliners ta their divided city reduced to a minimum had been turned down by the Communist 'side. About one in three West Berliners lias relatives living behind the fortified border.
