Batting forcefully Moorhead scored 109 out of 198. Dunsandel beat Burnham, and Lincoln drew with Weedons in the other competition matches. W. Lawrence, a left-arm bowler oi barely medium pace, who has not been used as a regular member of the Southbridge attack, took six wickets tor nine runs. R. Brears took four for nine.
