Cooking For Christmas
Cooking for Christmas season is likely to cause chaos in the kitchen unless strict rules of efficiency are kept. Make a point of keeping the kitchen as tidy as possible. Work methodically to save time and energy. Wash up as you proceed. Put equipment and utensils away as you wash and dry them. Bake, several things on one day. starting with the recipe which needs the greatest heat. Keep a pad handy for noting stores needed. This advice is given in the new edition of the “P.W.M.U.
