Ice Cream Variations For Christmas Festivities
By
“ELIZABETH”
For Christmas two years ago I gave a recipe called Fruit Salad Ice Cream, which made a very simple and delicious ice cream, with half a jelly as one of its ingredients. A letter this '. c . ar from Canterbury says “You may be interested to know this recipe of yours almost lives with us in various shapes and forms,’’ and she kindly sends some of their own pet variations. Here, as a reminder, is the original recipe with the (Canterbury reader’s variations. Quantities given make two large trays of a wonderfully easy, one-whisk, ice cream for the nicest and most economical sweet of the week.
