STUDENTS AT LINCOLN

49 Attended From Overseas There were 49 overseas students among the 346 students at Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, this year, according to a report presented to the board of governors of the college yesterday. Twenty-seven of these were from Australia, eight from Malaya, five from the United Kingdom, arid one from each of Fiji, Singapore, Borneo, Indonesia. Thailand. Nepal, West Pakistan. South Africa, and Eire. None of the overseas students was a woman, but eight New Zealand students were women. The New Zealand students came from 57 secondary schools. Ten came from St Bedes College, eight from the Christchurch Boys’ High School. Christ’s College, and St. Andrew’s College, and six from Wellington College and John McGlashan College. Dunedin.
