The Royal Commission has been hearing submissions and evidence since July last and wishes to complete its sittings early in the New Year. Any organisation or person wishing to make submissions to the Commission who has not yet given notice of intention to do so is therefore requested to write to the Secretary not later than February 2. 1962. Any such submissions must be forwarded so as to reach the Secrelaiy not later than February 16, 1962. Counsel assisting the Commission will notify the persons concerned of the time and place at which theif submissions will be heard if the Royal Commission desires to take them at a public hearing. Size of poster will be 30in deep by 20 in wide and submissions should be in this size. The one poster will advertise both "Carmen" and "The Barber of Seville."
