Recovery From Ordeal Press Assn.—CopyrtuM* SYDNEY. Dec. 7. Martelio Towers looked none the worse for his recent flood ordeal as he turned out for slow exercise at Randwick today. He bad a narrow escape from drowning in the recent New South Wales floods while spelling at Lowtaods Stud, Richmond, about 35 miles from Sydney. He was marooned for several d .ys at the property and, at one stage, was reported lost When saved. Martelio Towers had shed a lot of condition. He looked bright enough at Randwick today as he worked on the tan, where he covered three 'urlongs in 44sec. The trainer, T. J. Smith, said he was pleased with the horse’s progress. a
