PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Waimairi County Council made on the 18th day of August. 1960. and amended by further resolution on the 19th day of October. 1961, a District Scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953.
