Credit Obtained By Bankrupt

(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Nov. 29. Five charges of obtaining credit without disclosing he was an undischarged bankrupt were admitted by Harry James Illing. also known as Harry Hansen, aged 36. a timber worker, Te Awamutu. when he appeared before Mr L. M. Inglis. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Hamilton today. Detective Senior Sergeant J. G. Long said the goods and monev obtained totalled £2ll 13s 2d. Illing was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment.
