(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Nov. 29. When Parliament resumed yesterday afternoon, the Carter Trust Bill was read a third time and passed. After a •brief debate last evening, the National Military Service Bill was also passed. The Local Government Commission Bill was committed after a debate lasting most of the afternoon. Four measures were then deferred to enable the second reading debate on the Licensing Amendment Bill to proceed. Discussion on this continued for the rest of the night.
