Found Dead In Hotel ( N ZPA.-Re-.aer—Copyright) TIJUANA (Mexico), November 28. The political columnist of the morning daily newspaper "Noticias” was beaten to death early yesterday, the Associated Press reported. He was Carlos Estrada 1 Sastre, aged 36. Mr Jose Gard uno. publisher of “Noticias,” said it was the fourth time in the last three months that newspaper men, critical of the State Government of Governor Eligio Esquivel had been beaten. Estrada was found lying in a pool of blood on the floor of his hotel room. Police said his skull had | been fractured, probably i by blows from a car tyre • lever. He had been sharply critii cal of the State’s financial management of water pro- ' jects. He had also been critii cal of the Governor in his 1 column. A.P. said.
