Senator Bridges Dead

(N.Zjr.A.-Reuter—Copyright) CONCORD (New Hampshire), Nov. 26. Senator Styles Bridges, who died early today, was one of the Republican Party’s bestknown spokesmen for "middle-of-the-road” conservative policies. The 63-year-old senior Republican in the Senate, and chairman of the Republican Policy Committee, died in his sleep at his home. Senator Bridges served in Congress for 25 years, culminating a spectacular career in State politics.
