French Rocket Test

(N.Z.P.A.~Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, NOV. 26. French scientists have successfully launched two threeton Agatha rockets at the Hammaguir test site in the Sahara. They recovered the nose-cones and instruments intact. An official statement said the rockets reached a height of 40 miles. The tests were carried out on November 13 and 17 as part of research on a satel-lite-launcher expected to be ready in the next four years.
