More Troops For Congo

(H.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Nov. 22. Ghana has decided to send a battalion of 600 troops to toe Congo to reinforce the United Nations operation there. An advance company of about 110 men would leave for Leopoldville at the end of this month, with the remainder of the battalion following "some time in January,” it was announced last night. The last Ghanaian troops remaining with the United Nations force were withdrawn last month. The bulk of the Ghana contingent was withdrawn earlier, after the Ghana Government had expressed disapproval of some elements of United Nations Congo policy.
