Stilwell, the Cinematograph Films Licensing Appeal Authority, recently considered an appeal lodged by Mr C. A. Cowan, of Titahi Bay, against the decision of the Cinematograph Films Licensing Authority refusing his application for the issue of an Exhibitor’s Licence to screen 16 m.m. cinematograph film in the St. Anne’s Church Hall, Mungava avenue, Porlrua East. After hearing evidence given by Mr Cowan in support of his appeal. Judge Stilwell confirmed the decision of the Licensing Authority in refusing the application. NEEDLEWORK. novelties.
