National Youth Orchestra
(NZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. Applications for membership of the National Youth Orchestra will close on December 18 and auditions will be held in February. Rehearsals will be in Wellington from May 12 to 18, and m Christchurch from August 26 to August 31. The 1962 orchestra will give public concerts at Christchurch, on August 30 and 31 when the visiting soloist will be the pianist Bela Sikt The orchestra will also give a demonstration for school children at Christchurch on the afternoon on August 31.
