Leading Equestrian Trainer To Instruct

AUCKLAND, Nov. 15. The arrival of Mr F. Mairinger, one of the world's leading equestrian trainers, has proved the big event of the year for the New Zealand Horse • Society. Mr Mairinger has come to New Zealand to conduct a series of dressage courses. He is now chief coach and trainer with the Australian Equestrian Federation, which has agreed to his working with the New Zealand Horse Society for a mb.nth. A very big crowd was expected at Papatoetoe on the week-end to watch Mr Mairinger . applying his methods in the Auckland course, said Mrs N. Ryder, secretary of the dressage group of the Auckland area of the New Zealand Horse Society, today. “He is not just a teacher,” said Mrs Ryder, “he is a wonderful rider.” Mr Mai-
