For Issue (HZ. Prate Aawctatton) AUCKLAND, Nov. 14. Neill Cropper Holdings, Ltd. —which published its prospectus today for an issue of 150,000 10s ordinary shares at a premiurn of Is—earned a consolidated net profit of £60,945 in the year ended March 31. Profits for the preceding four years were £60X127 in I 960; £40,435 in 19W; £55,006 to 1958: and £45,788 in 1957. The business is divided into four main sections, run separately. These divisions deal in paper and cardboard, textiles, plastics and chemicals, and general merchandise. Other Companies Other operating companies in the group are w. F. Tucker and Company, Ltd., Auckland food manufacturers; Wheat Industries (NJZ.), Ltd., manufacturers of edible and industrial starches; and F. A. Jarrett and Company, Ltd., manufacturers’ representatives. The company also has a 51 per cent. Interest in Harnish and Jordan, Ltd., a listed company manufacturing Venetian blinds. The issue will open at 10 a,m. on November 27 and close at 4 p.m. on November 30.
