Comment By Tito (N^J'-A.-Reuter—Copyright) SKOPLJE (Jugoslavia), Nov. 13. President Tito of Jugoslavia told a mass meeting today it was clear that the Soviet Union and Communist China could never agree. The Jugoslav leader, commenting on the recent 22nd Congress of the Soviet Communist Party, added that although Jugoslavia had been attacked at the Congress, she took these attacks calmly and did not "dramatise” than.
President Tito claimed the Albanian Communist Party and its leader, Mr Hoxha, “represent the Chinese party in this part of Europe.” President Tito asserted that “the Chinese leaders do mankind a disservice in this part of Europe through unscrupulous leaders like Enver Hoxha, (Mehmet) Shehu and others.
“They want to trouble the waters and quarrel with the leaders of the Soviet Union across our shoulder*. fighting against the progressive line which is being taken there."
