Palmer Improves The American player, A Palmer, after two poor rounds on Thursday and Friday, played two scintillating "exhlbltlon“ rounds yesterday, with two M’s—three strokes under par. and only one stroke behind Player's course record made on Friday.
Palmer, who began the day 13 behind the leader. Cremin. had the best aggregate for the last M holes, but was still eight strokes behind the winner.
M. Busk (New Zealand) withdrew after 3* holes, having scored 246 (M. 78. *3).
