Aust. Chemicals, Die Casters

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 29. Australian Chemical Holdings. Ltd., has decided that its offer to purchase all of the ordinary and preference stock and convertible unsecured notes of Die Casters. Ltd., shall be subject to acceptance by the holders of at least 75 per cent, of the stock and note capital. Acceptances in each class are already in excess of 85 per cent., so the contract has now become fully effective and binding with stockholders and noteholders of Die Casters who have accepted the offers. It will become effective with other stockholders and notehblders who accept the offer while it remains open. Australian Chemical Holdings has extended the time for acceptance of this offer until November 30. 1961, to ensure that all Die Casters stockholders and noteholders have the fullest opportunity for acceptance of the offer. 1
