(NZJ’.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, October 28. Outer Mongolia las been admitted to the United Nations as its 102nd member It was the first Communist state of Asia to gain membership. There was no forma! vote. A recommendation of the Security Council to admit the State, whose application had been outstanding since 1948. was adopted by acclamation in the General Assembly.
