No Postponement By Board

The Nurses* and Midwives’ Board has reversed a decision to postpone the final examinations for male nurses because there are only two candidates. the Auckland Hospital Board has been informed. Both the male nurses are in Auckland. Under the original decision they would have had to wait eight months to sit their final examination*.

The hospital board criticised the original decision strongly at it* meeting on Tuesday evening.
