THREW EGGS AT CAR

Youths Fined £l5 Each (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 27. An egg-throwing incident was related in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington today when John Robert Hall, aged 17, an office junior, and George Edwin Shaw, aged 18, a clerk, were charged with disorderly behaviour. Both pleaded guilty. The prosecutor (Mr G. Wells) said the youths bought some eggs at Paraparaumu and later when they overtook the complainant they threw them at his car. Twice they drove past throwing the eggs at the complainant and his passengers. Fines of £l5, costs 30s, were imposed on each youth. Hall also pleaded guilty to lending his driving licence to a disqualified driver. He was fined £5, costs 30s, on that count.
