Every New Zealand naval ship was at sea last Friday, except trie Lachlan, which is nearing the end of an extensive reflt in Auckland. The cruiser Royalist and the frigate Otago were on their way to Sydney and the frigate Taranaki was sailing for Pago Pago from Honolulu. The frigate Pukaki was sailing in the South China seas and the Rotoiti was acting as weather ship. I%e supply ship Endeavour was on her way to Auckland from Raoul Island.—(P.A.) 1
