CONTROL OF SPACE
Munro Favours Conference (NX Press Assn—Copvngnt; NEW YORK, Oct. 22. Any international agreement to control man's use of space probably depended on prior agreement between the United States and the Soviet Union, the secretary-general of the International Commission of Jurists, Sir Leslie Munro, said last night. Chances for an agreement between the two nations were not good, he told an audience in Harriman, New York, according to the “New York Times." . t Sir Leslie Munro said the United Nations seemed the proper place for establishment of an international space control agency. He suggested an international convention, such as that reached on Antarctica, as a second choice.
