Mrs L. Olson, Of Lyttelton
Mrs Lilly Olson, of Lyttelton, celebrated her ninety-sixth-birthday yesterday. >Mrs Olson was born in Lyttelton and has lived there most of her life. A maternity nurse, she did not - retire until she was 75. She had attended more than 500 births. Mrs Olson still leads a remarkably active life, attending her own garden although she suffers from arthritis. Mrs Olson has two married daughters.
