‘Do-It-Yourself Fireworks

Faulkner (Opposition, RoskilJ) asked the Minister of Education (Mr Tennent) in the House of Representatives today if he would arrange to send a circular to be read at school assemblies setting out the dangers of “do-it-yourself techniques in making fireworks or explosives. Mr Faulkner said men youths were injured by homemade explosives during the year ending September 30.
