Laos Peace “Difficult”

(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 26. Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia has told President Kennedy that peace would be difficult to obtain and neutrality hard to establish in Laos. Prince Sihanouk called on Mr Kennedy at his New York hotel yesterday, the Associated Press reported. Prince Sihanouk was one of the steady stream of visitors in President Kennedy's suite after the President had discussed hemispheric problems with Latin American officials at a luncheon given by the Secretary of State (Mr Dean Rusk).
