Scheme Survey Planned A survey would be made of buildings likely to use the proposed Halswell sewerage scheme, the Halswell County Council decided yesterday afternoon. The Christchurch Drainage Board had derided that it would be uneconomical to pump sewage from Halswell to Christchurch and was completing its report on the provision of a separate treatment plant at Halswell the board said in a letter to the council
