CLAIM FOR £61,699
Demand On Council
A claim of £61.699 had been made against the Waimairi County Council as compensation for the council's prohibition of the subdivision of the C. L. Boag Trust property. the council was told last evening.
The property was at the corner of Memorial avenue and Russley road, and the Trust had desired to subdivide for residential purposes.
The claim was referred to the county solicitor.
