Licensing Trust Profit
(NJC. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, September 20. The Mount Wellington Licensing Trust made a net profit for the year ended March >1 last of £18,015, an increase of £1331 on the previous year. The gross profit was £48,942. The chairmen (Mr J. B. H. Parry) says in his annual report that the trust made a voluntary repayment of £lO,OOO above its mortgage repayment requirements Fixed mortgage indebtedness had been reduced to £38,000.
