Man Who Lost Both Legs (N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, September 20 After a retirement of over three hours a jury in the Supreme Court at Hamilton awarded Frederick Phillips, aged 40, a tractor driver, of Reporoa, £ 12,608 damages against Relph and Riley, agricultural contractors of Rotorua. Phillips lost both his legs in a tractor accident while working for the defendants.
