No-Remittance Licences
Sir,—The report that the moffif retailers are concerned about persons getting noremittance ears and selling them before two years should have appeared under a “Joke of the Week” caption. Their performance generally, regarding pressure put on purchasers over the last 10 years when trying to trade their car for a new one, would make the people they complain about appear as angels. —Yours, etc., COCKIE.
