Decision On Bizerta
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 18. Tunisian officials said tonight France has agreed to withdraw its troops from Bizerta city to the French military base near Bizerta, the Associated Press reported from Tunis. Mr Hedi Mokaddem, the Governor of the Bizerta Department, said the withdrawal decision was reached in negotiations with French diplomatic officials. He said the withdrawal agreement would be carried out shortly.
