MRS J. BROWN, the top South Canterbury table tennis player and a former Canterbury representative, When she was living In Waipara Mrs Brown tra. tiled to Christchurch

every Monday for inter-club matches, and she represented Canterbury on many occasions. Since transferring to South Canterbury several seasons age, she has been the province’s top player. Last year, with another former Waipara player, Mrs J. Shadbolt, she gained a very popular victory in the Canterbury women’s doubles championship.
