Company’s Plan For Dunedin “The Press" Special Service DUNEDIN. Sept. 18. The granting of an application from Ballins Hotels, Ltd., to build £lOO.OOO 36unit luxury motels in Roslyn, will be recommended to the City Council by its works committee. A meeting of the works committee heard two objections to the building of the proposed motels. After the meeting the chairman. Mr R. D. B. Paterson. said the committee recommended the granting of the application.
